We believe in maintaining highest quality and delivering our products to customers in reasonable time. Most of our products are ‘Made-to-order’ and are shipped within 3-5 days.

Exchange & Returns
While our aim is to spread love to our Customers through our designs, it is our responsibility to be fair to the dynamic ecosystem involving talent and efforts of our team and various local artisans. Our policies are designed being cognizant of that.
- For Returns, all tags and labels should be intact and the items must remain unworn, unwashed and unsoiled. If eligible, please mail us at support@moontara.in within maximum of 3 days from "order delivery date" - and our team will book reverse pick-up.
- Once we receive the items, our team will Quality check - If no exception with your return is faced, your request will be further processed.
- Store Credit/Gift Card will be provided to the shopper of same value as the order items with 1 year validity. Unfortunately, refund requests can not be entertained.
- Delivered product can be exchanged with another size or even another item of same or higher value (difference amount to be paid)
- Product needs to be in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Please mail us at support@moontara.in within 3 days of receiving the product and our team will book reverse pick-up.
- Any item can be exchanged just once
- If you have received a damaged product, please mail us at support@moontara.in within 3 days of receiving the product and we shall validate the damaged product with our Quality Department.
- Post validation, we will initiate dispatch of a fresh item or offer you Store Credit/Gift Card with 1 year validity.
Important Note
- If an item is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again (through or without Gift coupons)
- Reverse pick up will be booked only once by our team, if cancelled/wrong item is sent by customer - they will have to book further shippings
- Gift coupons can not be clubbed with other promotions/offers
- Delivered products need to be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items showing any signs of wear / being used are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Only after receiving and checking the 'for-exchange' product, further process for either exchange or Gift Card will be initiated
- Sale/Discounted products are not eligible for returns/exchange or refunds
